To view comments in the survey results, go to the Analyze Results section of your survey and click Question Summaries tab. If you want to see a specific comment, click Individual Responses tab and browse through the responses by navigating the left and right arrow buttons.

To view all open-ended comments for a question:

1. Look for the question in the Question Summaries tab.
2. Go to the Responses to see all the comments.

You can also use the Filter rule and choose Filter by Question and Answer to filter the open-ended questions.

Create a Show rule and choose the specific open-ended question that you would like to focus on.

If you choose to concentrate on a particular open-ended question, create a Show rule and choose to show only that question.
