You can add numbers to your survey’s page titles.

To add the numbers:

• On the Design Survey page, click OPTIONS on the left sidebar.
  

• Check/uncheck the option to show/hide the page numbers. Page numbers appear below the title section of the survey. The following image shows one example.
  

By default, the survey questions are automatically numbered.
