The Homunculus question type allows you to capture visual patient data, based on patients choosing the area of discomfort felt in the body. This single question type can detect 24 pain locations on the front side and 29 locations on the back of the human body.

Creating a Homunculus question

To add this question type:

  1. From the BUILDER section, click +Add button next to the Homunculus Question Type.
                                                                                    

  1. Click Edit.
  2. Enter the homunculus question.
  3. Configure any additional options and settings.
  4. Click Save.

Under the Options, Move and Copy tabs, you can make additional customization to your survey questions in the following ways:

                                                                              
  1. Move – this setting allows you to move a question to your desired position.
