If you are having problems with verification, you will have to check if your Surview email address account is incorrect, your email address may contain a typo error, the email address is being used by someone else, or you might be using an invalid or inactive email address.
If you have access to your Surview email address account, but you’re not receiving the verification email, the email might be in your junk or spam folder.
The email subject is “Welcome to Surview – Your Online Survey Tool” and is sent from no-reply@surview.ae. By whitelisting our details you can add us to your list of safe senders. If you are not sure how to whitelist, simply pass this info to your IT department.
