Once the survey has been sent, it is considered to be live. If there’s no responses collected yet, you can fully edit the survey.

When the survey is live and with responses, the editing options are limited to the following:

1. Adding new questions
2. Edit existing text questions
3. Add or edit answer options
4. Delete a question, this option also deletes the responses to the deleted question
5. Move questions or pages, please take note of any Skip Logic applied.
6. Edit row and column labels of a Matrix/rating Scale question
7. Add new rows or columns to a Matrix/rating Scale question
8. Edit question options like requiring an answer or text validation

Any changes you make in your survey will go live as soon as you save them. If you are using a Web Link collector, you don’t have to send out a new link to your respondents because the survey link doesn’t change.
